Training Philosophy


What is figure transformation?


Figure transformation is the methodical, deliberate application of nutrition and exercise principles to purposefully change the appearance of the body to a desired goal. It is a structured process that allows for the re-programming of the metabolism to yield phenomenal results without excessive time spent exercising or low calorie diets. Figure transformation requires commitment, patience, and consistency to reap the physical rewards you have always wanted.

What is Personal Training?


Personal training is a disciplined process towards successful fitness optimization. It is a collaborative effort by which we leverage your strengths and abilities with my knowledge and experience to produce your desired fitness results.

How is figure transformation different from personal training?


Figure transformation uses traditional personal training combined with an intense focus on metabolic conditioning to produce INCREDIBLE physical results that are not possible through exercise alone. Figure transformation is a process that capitalizes on the synergy of effective nutrition techiques combined with effective physical training techniques.

Is personal training for me?


Personal training is for you if you want to reap the benefits of working with a fitness professional to produce positive results. If you have already identified your desire for change and made change an absolute priority in your life, you can reap the advantage of working with a trainer. You will use a proven process to save time and energy on your journey to the body you desire and deserve.

Figure transformation sounds pretty intense. I'm new to exercise and fitness. Should I or can I start slower?


Figure transformation is deliberate and does require a level of commitment to follow through with each step. Beginners and fitness enthusiasts alike can succeed with physique transformation. However, if you are just beginning on the path to a healthy lifestyle and you are a little nervous about undertaking figure transformation, you can start slower. All of my clients will receive guidelines on healthier eating, knowledge concerning grocery shopping for energy and weight loss, and tips for healthful nutrition on the go. We can implement the tips and strategies for healthier eating along with your exercise program and undertake the more structured figure transformation process when you feel ready. Attitude and confidence are very important to your success so we can get a few victories under your belt to start. You will be very pleased with the physical changes small modifications can produce- especially when you are just beginning.


I know that what I eat will affect my goals. How will my trainer help me with nutrition?


Every program comes with nutritional assistance. I have developed several tools to help you learn how to eat the right foods at the right time to get the results you want based on your personal needs. You won't even have to abandon for your personal food preferences!


Online Training



How does online training work?


Like traditional personal training, your trainer will assess your current fitness level, medical history, injuries and limitations. Then your trainer will design a results oriented personalized program based on your available equipment and time. Your program will include cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, flexibility, and nutrition.

I will email your workout to you and you can access your training log on Anytime Personal Training's website. Your workouts come complete with exercise instructions, demonstration photos and videos. You can print out your workouts and easily use them at the gym or in your home.Your trainer will tell you what to do and how often to do it. This level of convenience enhaces consistency in your program.

Your workouts are updated frequently to avoid plateaus and improve results. You can even ask your trainer to change your exercises if you just simply don’t like them.

Your trainer is available 24 hours by email and a weekly phone consultation to answer questions and address your concerns. Although your workouts will be detailed enough for you to follow, it’s critical for your success that you know that there is a real person on the other side of the computer.

I want to train online. What steps do I follow?


The first step is to sign up in our online store. Sign up for your program and then follow the steps outlined in your welcome email.

How long does it take to get started after I pick my program and sign-up?


On average, it takes 24-72 hours to get started. Following the steps outlined in your welcome email as promptly as possible will help you start your program very quickly.

How do you know how the program is working for me if we don't meet in person?


During your program, we communicate CONSTANTLY via email and telephone. Your weekly update emails and bimonthly digital photo updates keep me keenly aware of how your body is responding to the program.

Can I still do the program if I don't have a digital camera?


Yes! If you don't have a digital camera, you can mail hard copies of your updated photos.

What happens if I miss my phone appointment?


You will receive an email notification of the missed appointment and all efforts will be made to reschedule that appointment for the same week. If that is not possible, you will just need to email all updates and questions. You will receive a prompt response.

Can online training really be effective?


ABSOLUTELY! The instructions and video demonstrations ensure that you know the correct and safe way to do your exercises. Consistent communication with your trainer keeps you accountable and on track to reach your goals. Online training adds a high level of convenience to your fitness journey because you have the freedom to workout at times that are convenient for you.

In Person Training


Where will we train?


We will train in a private training studio. When whether permits, we will occassionally train at outdoor locales. NO GYM MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED! If you don't live in the Northwestern Dallas suburbs, we can train using my internet technology.

Appointments will be scheduled in 2 week increments. If you need to change a pre-scheduled appointment, all efforts will be made to find a mutually agreeable training time. STANDING APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE!

What do I need to bring?


Come dressed in your workout clothes. You won't need to bring anything else. Towel service is provided and water and post-workout bars are available for purchase. If you have a music preference, feel free to bring your favorite CDs to jam to during your session.
